He’s lived here his whole life, growing up in Winnetka and returning after college to take a job in industrial sales. Five years later, he changed his career course, got into carpentry, and within a few years was working as a construction superintendent on elite new homes at The Glen. Then in 2003, seeing the demand for high quality home remodeling growing in communities throughout the North Shore, Josh took the leap, and Dolby Development was born.
