Our Process

In his years as a construction superintendent for one of the area’s most reputable home builders, Josh Dolby learned first hand how critical a standardized construction process is to project efficiency and overall quality. At the same time, he saw the importance of building flexibility into the process to accommodate the client’s personal tastes and preferences. And above all, he came to recognize the vital need for top talent at every level and every step of the process, from architects and designers, to construction crews and craftsmen.

The result is a building process uniquely tailored to achieve total customer satisfaction, before, during and long after the project is completed. We’ll handle all the paperwork and legwork involved in the permitting process, purchase all materials and arrange all deliveries. We’ll meet with you regularly throughout the construction period to keep you apprised of our progress, alert you to any problems, and answer any questions. Upon completion, we’ll do a complete project review, provide any necessary orientation, and arrange 30-day, 90-day and 1-year warranty inspections.

Beyond all that, we’re committed to doing whatever else is necessary to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work. It might be a little, it might be a lot, but as dozens of satisfied Dolby clients will assure you, it will get done.
